BMW service dealerships in CT

Anyone recommend any of the BMW service departments in CT? I've been to New Country, and really have not been satisfied. Online reviews seem to be very mixed. Somewhat skeptical of them to be frank. Thanks!

I've been taking my car to North Haven BMW for the last few service visits. I ended up switching service advisors because the first one doesn't seem to like communicating through phone and email.

I'm not too sure my current service advisor knows much about BMWs in general. He seems like a glorified appointment maker.

I will say that from the past two service visits, one for a fuel pump and the second visit for software upgrade/sat radio, the techs do good work in a timely fashion.

Also, they do offer complimentary loners, even if you did not purchase your vehicle there. The loners are mostly x3s and 328s.

While I wouldn't dis-recommend North Haven BMW, I'd keep looking at other dealerships. Maybe Bridgeport. I've yet to find a service advisor that is knowledgeable about servicing these vehicles.

Thanks to both of you! I'll try the other suggested forum as well.

Hurricane, do you mind sharing the name of the advisor? I'm pretty sure I know who you are talking about. You can PM me if you like.
