Broken rear electric sunshade- help!

My electric rear sunshade does not respond to the button (no noises either). The fuse is still good and I am out of warranty. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? I have not seen any posts on this problem. I am selling this car and upgrading to a 2008 BMW 550i. Anyone want to buy front cool carbon pads? Make me an offer, still new in the box.

i sold the car but still have the Cool Carbon Pads. Anyone interested??
