I’m a bit concern that some of the seat stitching is under stress in the centre of the rear seat between the two seat belts anchor plate, just under the armrest. Has anyone else got a similar problem?

If you like E91s...

If you like E91s, then you would probably like this E91... I don't know if people love it or hate it, but it sure turns a lot of heads for a stationwagon.

There´re given only two things, which I wouldn´t install on "my" station wagon:

a) mud flaps (front and rear) - this things makes the car very strange
b) facings for the headlights - it looks like a mask - not in my case

The rest of modifications are looking very good and sportive!

That's strange, must be a european issue. You'll only find mudflaps on trucks or jeeps over here. But in NA it seems to be a sporty accessoire.

Apart from that, I like it very much!

It's not that it is sporty. They are almost a necessity because of all the crap they spray on the roads here in the winter.

+1 We have mud flaps on our E91. I think they look fine on the wagon (touring).

They do help (a little) keeping crap off the fenders and bumper. Truthfully, they look fine to me. They are subtle.. not like they have Yosemite Sam on them or anything.

You guys are right...I installed the mud flaps simply because they help keep the car's sides clean. It's not a fashion statement.

Like I said, they really are unobtrusive and fit nicely with the look of the E91. After all, it is a wagon... how much like a sports car can it look?

Are they PS2 run flats??

I have them on my 335i m-sport and I am amazed at how good they are, I have always ditched the run flats before, but these ae great.

Here are some pictures of my E91. I don't have the car yet. I live 1200km away from the dealer. I have a flight to go pick it up the 13th April. My CA sent me theses. Once I get the car I will install chrome grills, silver front bumper finishing rods, blacklines, Euro Xenon non-adaptive, 18" CSL rep and I may perform railectomy (I have the trim but still on the fence)

El Capitan - it looks great! Why a dealer so far away?

Thanks. This dealer is in my home town. This is my third car in less than five years with the same CA. They gave a good loyalty discount. Also, I heard not so good things from the dealer in Halifax.

The M5 front looks cool!

I still don't understand why BMW NA doesn't offer the M-Sports package...
