Dinan Free-Flow Exhaust for 335/ECU flash

Apparently Dinan has an exhaust available for the 335 now.

"Dinan's new Free Flow Exhausts for 335 coupe and sedan models features 100% stainless steel construction, reduced weight and an agressive looking set of 3.5" diameter polished stainless tips. The improved flow is good for an extra 6 horsepower and 5 lb-ft torque. And they sound fantastic!"

- Per Dinan web site.

This software must really be coming out soon. Brembo brakes also out for the 335. :rocks:

This should be posted in the exhaust section, but for Dinan lovers this is good to hear.

Expensive, but their exhausts always seem to be good. Never too loud, always the right sound level for my taste.

Favorite exhaust E39 DINAN S2-M5. Nothing is better.

I'm assuming that this exhaust is downpipe-back (from the primary cats) if it is 1900? Even if it was, I wonder if people still think that the flash will be 500 bucks.

I hope it's like their e46 m3 exhaust. Quads with only two functional pipes.

Makes the m (which came stock with quads) look like a complete poser... especially in the cold when there is only steam coming from two pipes.

Being 50 State Emission legal, I thought that means they can't touch the cats (either of them)?

If I had a 335i I would have it. I have the 330i setup on my 06 and its sounds great. Nothing but compliments. I am trying to sell these to a customer of mine so if I do I will make sound clips and vids if they buy it.

I love Dinan but those numbers are below other exhausts by Bastuck and Eisenmann, might have to agree with those who say there shit is overpriced and underperforming.

They are very conservative now and will be with the chip tunig as well. Their numbers are reall as well. Most companies come out with an exhaust or ship and say one thing and then when its dynoed it gives less than advertised. This is not ture of a lot of companies we have as sponsors here but happens a lot with other cars. They are carefull because the car is covered under warranty so they dont take any chances. They will not put out as high a number as other products but people like to buy from the dealer with a warranty. If anyone here was in their shoes they would be more conservative as well. I am not saying that other companies are unreliable but if you have a problem with the car its on you not them so they dont have to be as carefull and spend as much money on development. Dnan spends a lot on development. Why do you think it takes so long for them to come out with something?
