thank you warranty

i have on 07 and just bought it for a great price and found out that there was alot of issues. the bushings had to be replaced. right head light was replaced due to not leveling and lights bracket had to be replaced due to headlights shaking while driving. also the front rotors were replaced. the total cost would have been 4000 dollars but it was free because of warranty. the reason i didnt have to pay the rotors was because they only charge you if abuse was part of the reason the rotors had to be replaced. the car sat for 6 months and moisture and rust got to the car. factory warranty saved my ass

I'd be less worried about warranty doing what warranty is supposed to do and more worried about just buying a car with that many problems already.

What is scary though is for the rest of us who own our cars....when my extended warranty is up in 2013, we could really be looking at $4000 for just ordinary repairs. the most I ever spend on the Nissan was $600 for a complete exhaust system (2nd biggest repair was $480 for new cv axles, wished I could have DIY for $79 each side), after 11 1/2 years on the road, so I'm not used to those kind of bills....
