Stupid question, but why would one change the spark plugs? On the service interval it says that they are to be replaced at 90,000. Your car is 2007, I don't think you have driven for 90Ks, so what are the reasons to change them?

It is especially if you're car is tuned w/ a piggyback. it puts a lot more stress on the spark plugs.

Mayno, the spark plug install tool/hose is not necessary. I bought one when I replaced my plugs and never even used it! Just use a good torque wrench with an extension.

It is best to change them on a cold engine.

The only performance mod on car is Mobil1 0W-40

One more question I looked up part # of the spark plugs for my car (2006 325i) on the Bosch website and it shows those plugs with just one of those tabs on one end. Can I buy those spark plugs that got 4 of those tabs? I was looking at the Bosch Ir Fusion and right now they are doing a rebate for those so it makes it even more tempting to get them. So will Ir Fusion ones be OK for my car.

I apologize for such a noob question, I just never considered replacing spark plugs, let alone knowing what type are right for my car
