Hi, does anyone know if the e91 wagons are affected?! I have a 2008 e91 3 series wagon, just got a tint.
Keep hearing this affects sedans and coupes, no one has mentioned the wagons.
Any help much appreciated.
Thanks!

cutting the lower rubber strip?

Does anyone have a tutorial of how to cut the lower lip of the weatherstrip? I heard cutting the lower lip will prevent from getting tint scratches.

I'm planning to get my windows tinted.

I've said this before and will say it again. DON'T cut anything off your BMW.

Don't cut the indies of your weather strip off. You will get water in your door panel AND it will grow moldy and start to smell. You also will get more wind noise.

Use Tint Protector felt and be done. I have been going on 5 + years with Tint Protector felt and it just works.
