New Fortune is good. I like Oriental East in downtown Silver Spring the best. Also there's a place in Aspen Hill....hmmm I think its called Silver Fountain. That place is pretty good also.

I've never tried the dim sum there....but the food there is good.

I like Hollywood and Paul Kee for MD chinese places.

Sheetz! Its where I go late at night for some munchies. Open 24/7 and there are always nice cars there just chillin.

how can I forget about Hollywood East Cafe, they have good dim sum.

and so does Oriental East, I ran into KL2DC there the last time

Haven't read the whole thread, but I wanted to give a shout out to Pho Bistro in Ashburn. I have yet to go to Pho 75, which is supposed to be the best in the area, but Pho Bistro cannot be far off. It's the best I've been to around here.
