NOR-EASTER Meet, Looney's Bel Air, Harford County

WOW, what a great group of guys and their awesome machines. It was great to put a face to all those posts. We had BMW's f/ Lancaster, PA to Georgetown DC. The BMW's ran the full gamit. E9X's 135, 535, we even had a souped up Volvo. I think most mods were just about covered. And i think everyone who got some grub at the pub, went home w/ a door prize. Thanks to the guys and gals at BMW BEL AIR ! SteveMD even tried to barter for those rubber floor mats. I'm not sure if George cheated or not. He might have been that good. If you go by the quailty of the interior work of his car, then he stumped the chump (ME)

The contrast between the black and white leather was very rich looking, KUDOS. Will's BMW held my interest, I couldn't stop looking at it. All of them had something different, no 2 alike. That was neat.

We did talk about another Nor-Easter. It might be held at BMW Bel Air this spring on a Saturday afternoon. Thanks to Mark who wants to make it catered. The new E92's and E93's might be in by then. We can only hope. SteveMD will be posting some pix f/ the Nor-Easter soon. Did you see his camera!

Again, it was a great pleasure to finally meet everyone. Ooh rah.

Thanks for the nice comments about my interior dave! And I was so skilled at cheating, that I was able to make elliot who was sitting next to me win a prize, and not actually win one myself. That takes skill.

Sounds like you guys had a great meeting! I live only a half hour away, but the timing was not good for me. Its a gamble with my crazy schedule. Maybe next time...

sorry the pix as promised have been so late, but the photographer took a sabbatical. Well more like his laptop did, and he has not found a big enough fine adjustment tool to complete the job.

so when SteveMD gets the bugger back on line, we might see some art from last week Bod-ville Show.
