I see you're in the south too. I bet it's still a bad wheel balance. I'm continually astounded at how bad every single shop in my area is at balancing tires. I don't think I've ever gotten a good balance in less than 4 tries. Sometimes it's taken 7-8 times of going back to make them re-do it, often at multiple shops bc I give up on the first one.
The Toyota dealer is the only place that has ever given me a good balance first try but they won't do a BMW. Did they give you a road force number? Discount tire always says "it's in spec" but in spec could be like 20 lbs of road force and they won't get it any better. The Toyota dealer charges by the hour and will continue to rotate the tires on the rims until they get each wheel as low as they can and they give you the numbers on each one. My 4Runner is always buttery smooth |
