FK silverline plus X coilovers, how do you adjust them?

I just installed some FK silverline plus X coilovers, how do you adjust them?
The rear seems to be very bouncy.. I think I have the at 1.75 turns towards soft on them and 1 full turn on the front towards soft.

The ride height ride now is 1/4" lower and plan to lower is about 1/2" on the front and another 1/4" on the rear..

For the rears, I pushed in the rod and turned the body of the shock clockwise to go towards soft... is this correct?

Compress them completely, then twist the body.

For the fronts, you can adjust fromt he shock tower with the supplied Koni hand tool

Fully compress the shock absorber, at the same time turning the dust cap or piston rod slowly to the left (anti-clockwise), until it is felt that the cams of the adjusting nut engage in the recesses of the foot valve assembly

Keeping the shock absorber compressed make 1 full turn (360°) to the right (clockwise). The total range is about 5 half turns or 2.5 turns. Adjust to your desired setting. You can search on FK Silverline X and find some good threads about what settings the users have.
Extend the shock absorber vertically for at least 1 cm without turning in order to disengage the adjusting mechanism. The dust cap or piston rod may now be turned freely.
