Ahh ok, you'll need to amp those then as well i would imagine tbh.
I might still add the rears but if i do then it will be with the 120.2 amp

Garage List
Hi Guys
I have now been running my Mosconi Gladen Setup for a couple of months and I think I have it adjusted to my livking.
And wow, what an upgrade!!! If anyone of you are considering these, just push the buy button. They are REALLY good!
I went for the Gladen ONE 201 Extreme ones. So I don't know about the "normal" ones. All I can say is that I'm extremely happy with the sound of this setup!

hi all,
has anyone here fitted the gladen speaker kit?
the instructions for the gladen 201 F30 kit show a bottom connection to the crossover for the positive terminal.

but the crossover pcb has a negative symbol next to this.
and the transparent wire with yellow stripe is on the top with a positive symbol above it.

for the other speaker connections they use the striped wire as a positive (red striped and blue striped.)
my crossover is slightly different that the one pictured.
the one i found the same as the instructions is in andy's image,
shows the yellow striped wire on the bottom.

would it be so damned hard to just stick a label on it with a positive symbol! (+)

which are the positive and negative connections?

my crossover

Gladen strategy is simple. Any stripped wire is +ve. Any plain wire is -ve.

thanks makkan00,
thats why i was so confused,
as the instructions were spot on except for the speaker input contradicting itself.
i think it's because the crossover i have has 2 components (cement resistors?) just infront of the input wires.
where as the previous crossovers in this thread have just 1.

the pcb on mine has the door mid positive going to the same track, so that's the way i wired it....
just not tested it yet....

also, check the bullet connectors are properly made up as I had a dry / intermittent connection that made my left hand tweeter drop out from time to time. Had to take the door off, chop the connectors and remake them myself. All fine now but if you check before, you could save yourself time later
