Replaced DME and CAS with used, can I change VIN in used DME?

I bricked my DME, I bought a used replacement with CAS and keys. The replacement is identical part #, and it is for N52, but the donor car was a 530xi e90, and I drive a 330i e90.

I have INPA, Winkfp, NCS Expert, DIS v57.

I have changed the VO in the CAS and the FRM, but the DME VO is the still the same from the donor car. I changed the VIN in the CAS to my car, but not sure how to change VIN in donor DME, if it is possible.

Should I just change to the VIN in the CAS and FRM to the donor DME so it will read the new VO? Is there another way to do it, or am I missing something?

Do you still have old ECU's? You should read dumps from old ECU's first...
