Looks a bit like an RX8 at the back with those stickers over it.

Not a lot different. This thing needs a more powerful engine though.

That's first shot I've seen of it..

Roof line looks exactly the same as the outgoing E93, is this going to be another evolution to an established model where manufacturer claims 'every' panel has been changed..???

Appreciate only a picture but similarity is striking, lot of moving parts, so if not broken don't change it, I suppose...

Does look very similar to the E93 around the roof and back.

Always think the vert needs a lip spoiler or something to look right.
The flat boot to the rear window just dosent look good imo.

When I saw the launch 4 series I thought it looked great. However, seeing some reviews now the car just looks sooooo familiar. I have the same feeling about this.

I'm not as excited by it and I think this is because it has more styling in common with the saloon this time, and the saloon doesn't look really un-sporty. They fixed the E90 with the LCI and also the E90 M3 had better styling. The F30 is actually a pretty good looking saloon styling wise. The back of the F30 doesn't look like it was inspired by a block of cheese and the F32 just seems to taper edges off a bit more in a coupe form.

Despite splitting the model range because the cars were too different, the F30/32 actually look far more similar than the E90/E92 IMO!

I was really excited at the first shots of the 4 series, in fact, slowed by window-shopping for a new car. The 4 series in the metal looks really toned down which hopefully the M Sport will address. This 4 series cab looks even more like the 3 series cab so a bit disappointing. Again, hopefully the M Sport treatment will improve things.

yeah same. The first shots look great but I'm feeling less and less enthusiastic about its development. I think the colour choice has a significant effect.

Looking forward to the M4 instead not that I'll be able to afford one even after it passes a few hands.

I think convertibles always look best with a fabric roof, but then I have to admit to being biased - just love my F12.
