BMW Platinum Extended Warranty Exclusions

Does anyone know what is NOT covered on a BMW Platinum Extended Warranty (also known as Fidelity Platinum Extended Warranty). I'm able to easily what IS covered, however...this is an exclusionary warranty, and can't seem to find the exclusions listed anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Wow, that's a great price! I was quoted $3,900 for 5yr/60k miles. What year and mileage is your 335? Did they quote you for the platinum warranty? What dealership quoted you this?

Only reason to get the plat over the gold is if you want coverage for audio equipment and/or have factory navigation.

Only downside to BMW warranties is there is no proration after a claim is made. So if you sell car before coverage has ended or car is stolen or totaled down road it's a sunk cost.

When I researched Fidelity few months back it directed me to Carcheks warranty or something like that. Didnt seem bad but did require oil service ever 5k miles to keep active.

I've had multiple finance managers tell me that the platinum warranty is tranferable to the next owner if I so wish...and that i would be refunded a prorated amount if I cancel my policy before its maturity date.

Fun w/N54...Are you saying that's only possible if I don't make a claim?

Can anyone else please confirm or deny this?

Thanks!
