Long shot- E36 Coupe floor pans?

Guys doing a e36 coupe up and the floor is shot
Instead of sheet metal work it would be great to replace the whole floor pans, but cant find any for love nor money

Anyone have any ideas?

No breakers will cut up floors these days

Wouldn't it be cheaper/easier to just get a solid shell and transfer parts over?

I paid under 1k for my 1999 328i 2 years ago and that was running fine and completely solid.

Maybe look for a breaker and ask for seller to cut out the floor panel if it is solid?

Nae pretty put it that way

Ideal situation would be re shell, but the guy has pumped so much cash into it over 16 years getting front end done and new arches etc,it would be a shame to go down that route now

guess its more sentimental than anything

Looks like its sheet metal then as no one is willing to cut out floor pans
