Q: Do gloss, or metallic vinyl wraps look good in person?

Like the title says, do gloss or metallic vinyl wraps look good in person? I know the matte wraps do, but I'm curious about metallic/gloss wraps, do they look like a real paint job in person? I would love to change my car to black, if a vinyl job could resemble a real black paint job, but I have never seen one in person. I need some advice from people who have seen non matte wraps in person, and what your impression was...

Satin looks best (not matte). Gloss is tough, really depends on the vinyl the shop uses. With wraps, they have to really stretch certain areas, might not look as good with a glossy vinyl.

It can look pretty good if it's done professionally. Should last around 5 years, and after it comes off, the paint beneath is in excellent condition.
