Get the Quaife LSD before you even think about a piggyback or flash.

oh yeah i need an lsd so bad now but i go out of town too much i am thinking i might have time to take it in and leave her for a week to ten days this week but christmas is comming and i leave on jan 2nd for florida for 5 days then come back to chicago for three then go get special training at a packaging facility in michicgan!!! and i HATE not having an lsd esp now that i have the dinan reflash with 121 more ft/lbs of tq...oh well i guess i will have to wait a lil bit but dammit i NEED an lsd with all this power now i had lost traction for at least 50-60 ft from a stop maybe closer to 80ft when i floored her...hell even going 55mph i lost traction when i shifted down and floored her!!!

Hi Purple, you will still lose traction with the LSD, and it can be scarier because you have both wheels spinning, no dead wheel to save your butt if you overcook it. That said, once you get the hang of how to control it, you can go a lot faster and have a lot more fun!

Wow the Dinan really sounds hot. It would be awesome if you could hookup with someone in the Chicago area that has one of the old tunes (PROcede, JB, AA, etc.), so that you guys could compare and tell us about it.

yeah too bad we have a lot of snow and i am going out of town for 3 months after the holidats but i bet by next week many more will have it!!! i think i am gonna take my car in on tuesday for the appointment i originally had for the dinan software but since they squeezed it in yesterday maybe i can just grab a loaner for 10 days and get the quaife installed and have it right before or after christmas... i better ask kevin first just to make sure cause i don't wanna piss off my dealer with the loaner car gone for say 2-3 weeks...they are doing me a favor as it is!!!!! they don't have to give me a loaner for this!!! but hey i am giving 550 for removal of the diff and installing the new lsd!!!

on the note of the one wheel saving your butt i can semi understand but an lsd can save your but in many more circumstances!!!! your nuts to even say that and fault the lsd it is such an improvement!!!! i have cars with lsd and so do my parents so trust me i know!!! this will be my first torsen style though!!!

Hi, guys. Just got back from a weekend "business" trip in Hungary. Lotsa great food, lotsa great wine, mmmmm...

Received a PM from one of U, guys, asking me about the deadline of this "GB" how we call this discounted offer. Well, FYI, I am considering to ask Kevin to stop this discounted order oportunity after New Year. I see no meaning to run it any further. So if there is anyone considering this oportunity, move on and (at least) start up the deal with Kevin (notice, Xmass is coming, so count with his limited availability), or just leave it to the next year and prepare a few hundred bugs more.

No, no realignment necessary. There is no alteration to the geometry of the car

Hi John - how do you find the Vishnu exhaust? Was having a look at the Hartge one, but don't fancy cutting the rear valance to accommodate the twin pipes

I sent you a PM two weeks ago in reply to your original question - you need to give me your VIN number so I can check for you if you have the welded or bolted style diff. There's a big difference in cost between the two.

Someone mentioned it in another thread, and it's worth repeating for all of you contemplating getting an lsd, the open diff has saved more butts then then it's hurt.
No doubt about this. Since I had my lsd installed I've had to completely re-learn to drive my car. Now as my driving develops again I realize more then ever that the lsd is a perfect match for this car. With time I have begun to realize quantum leaps in my exit speeds. And having the tail end "fish-out" a couple of inches from a stop is pretty fun too!

The open diff is safer for the average joe, no doubt. Also a LSD is not really a cosmetic mod, U should know why are U getting one B4 U order. So I wouldn't really wanna turn this thread to an LSD convincing or defending thread. This offer is here for all of U guys knowing what U want. So if U want one but have a welded diff (or a bolted one, no prob), U're in the right thread. If not convinced... well... better forget about it. It's that simple.

We have s/t like 5 days to go. Good luck guys.

Tried to send a PM to U, Baron, but U exceeded your stored private messages quota. Pls free up some space in your inbox.

My reply is the following:
U can get the Quaife LSD using this deal, too. But it's 100% U have a bolted final drive, so U could also use the GB of HP Autowerks. I think it would be cheaper for U as this way U get a discount but U need to include shipping from & to UK + customs. Their price 1695$ includes free shipping within US, I think it's a better offer for U.

Look for their thread in the sponsors section and let me know.

Julius
