Thanks dane. he also lives in OH. Basic supply and demand. Rural area vs city. Plus im pretty sure he firm on his price. Why would you pay over a million dollars for a house in the bay area when you can buy a huge 10 ac. ranch in texas. Makes sense

You live in Florida should be easy. Check with shops or junk yards. or sell it for scrap metal junk yard
