Error Code '2DEB power management network failure' ????

2009 328iX E92

P3 Vent Gage keeps showing a single error code:

2DEB power management network failure

I delete the code, goes away for a while, then comes back.

Car runs fine with absolutely no problems, but still I am curious as to what this error means

I had the battery cable recall done
Still on original AGM 90Ah battery - but charging rate is always steady around 14.7-14.8 with various accessories ON

Anyone have any experience with this particular code?

OK, had my question answered at the dealer.

Even though the battery was charging fine, and no dash Low Battery warnng symbol: dealer tested battery - it still showed good, but CCA was 638 instead of the advertised 900.

Dealer installed new battery for free under 'Goodwill' and I paid for the labor
