OK I did it- put my Bimmian roundel vinyl overlays on

Let the ridicule, and compliments, begin. I have to say I actually like them a bit. I am quite the commitaphobe, so this works for me in the event I start to hate them and want to rip them off.

I know the steering wheel isn't perfect, but I have the hands of an alcoholic going through withdrawal, so go easy on me big boys

Thanks Nick! I've been staring at the unopened Bimmian envelope for several weeks with skepticism, but I suppose it works on a car like mine.

most people don't notice unless YOU point it out... but if you ever feel like going towards a more professional look, there ARE pre-made black roundels floating about the interwebz...

^__^ i have the reflective RED vinyls on my roundels, btw... lol there are no pre-made red ones though so i didn't really have an option if i wanted this color.

I've had these same ones on for about 2 years now. they hold on so well. i wash my car like normal and still no problems. much cheaper solution to buying complete roundels

Looks great! I have black on Monaco blue. My steering wheel was the hardest to do too. It is also the most annoying because it's the one you see the most.

I know, I'm sorry brother...
But it looks like I made the right choice! You can get them from Bimmian and several other vendors...
Great if you plan on changing up in the future, or reverting to OEM

Looks clean. I don't get it - are the triangle bits that overlay or it's a black-clear sticker overlaying the whole roundel? I would imagine the latter would hold on better.

I think you did a good job overlaying, probably took you some time. The steering one is a little crooked though.

It's not.

He's just mad that no one is bumping his threads. Sad face.

They are black triangle precut vinyl pieces, which you overlay onto the blue sections, that's what makes it tricky. Took me about 10 minutes.

I think I need to redo the steering wheel for sure lol

I did these when I first bought my car, after a few washes, they started pealing and I had to keep replacing them every few weeks. Finally just got annoyed and ripped them all off. They look good though while they're fresh!!!!
