bump on my tyre??!!

i parked under my house today to see one of my tires has a wierd bump sticking out from the side, can anybody help out. i have the 17'' run flat pirelli euforia tyres.

That's normally happens when a tire with a stiff side wall impacts a curb or pot hole. Never considered a wear and tear damage. It is recommended you replace it as soon as possible since that area has become delicate.
