How To Change E93 Shock/Springs?

Hi all,

I wondered if anyone knew how to or could point me to a guide to replacing the shock absorbers and springs on an E93 for H&R versions? I've changed suspension components before on other cars so it really should be no biggy but would be good to know what I might be up against. Particularly I am confused on how to access the top mounts of the rear shocks as I've never worked on a 'vert before with all those mechs in the boot, which trim needs to come out or do any roof mechanicals need to be removed?

I read a post in here dated 2010 which suggested Birds (not a world away, but far enough) quoted £322 + VAT for the work which is a chunk of money I can save by doing this myself. Alternately I'm open to any recommendations of fitters in the Reigate, Surrey area.

Thanks
