Z4 sDrive35i lease - too high?

Hi all,

I'm interested in leasing a 2013 sDrive35i with the following options:

-Jet Black nonmetallic
-Beige Kansas leather
-M Sport package (replaces the standard sport package for $2500)
-Nav
-BMW Assist
-Premium sound

The premium package features and some other things (rear windscreen, etc) have been rolled into the MSRP for the 2013s. I'm looking at a 10k mi/year 3-year lease. I do qualify for the USAA incentive.

My CA is offering me the Z4 for $61,500 and seems pretty firm at that price point. I'm thinking this is a bit high - if BMWConfig.com is accurate, the list on this configuration is only $57,325. My payments would be in the mid 700s. This seems way, way higher than what most on here are paying.

What do you guys think?

Thanks,

Dan

offer received today on 2013 Z4 sdrive 35is to be ordered:

36 months, 10k
MSRP: 65,645
discount: 2267
drive off: 6,000 (includes 4333 down payment & first monthly payment)
residual: 42,012.80 (64%)
money factor: .0016
sales tax 7.75%
monthly: 713.28

This is $4000 more expensive over 36 months than the current 2012 offer, but it is only $1100 more expensive if I buy the car at the end of 36 months. The 2013 has about $2,900 worth of options that are now no cost and standard: Premium package, Premium sound package without sat radio, and comfort access.

Is that standard on the 35i as well? According to the sheet I have, Premium and Comfort Access are included but premium sound is still $950.

Edit: Premium hi-fi (677) is standard only on the 35is.
