I bet with the res delete and the ikon your car is pertty loud already.

There should be a video of someone with the res and muffler delete, its loud as hell.

When I put on my Gruppe-M intake, the exaust got quieter, which I like.

You can for sure take both off tho, If thats what your asking?

Hope that helped!

PS: I will be adding another clip with my intake installed soon!!

Mine was 150$ for everything including tips.

Now about the droneing noise. There is drone for sure, but i dont find it bad at all. As i posted, with the intake it is quieter now. If your looking for no drone, then this is not for you. But, it is the cheapest way to get an amzing sounding exaust, plus free up a couple horses.

Completely worth it imo

i had crappy tips when i first got this mod because the shop didnt have any double walled tips like the magnaflow ones but now that i have them, it does make a bit of a difference... it seems like the high end sound is a lot smoother... try to get good tips when you install yours ... if the shop doesnt have them, buy them off ebay first then bring it to the shop to get it installed.

at idle i'd say a 2, WOT i'd say maybe a 5 at around 3800 rpm's. If you have the stereo on you can't really hear the exhaust at all. If you are driving conservatively and the windows are up you can barely tell the difference.

It is very worth it. Get it done! if you don't like it, you just put the stock muffler back on. No harm done and SOMEBODY will by the muffler delete pipe.

For our cars yes. You lose low end torque but gain high-end power.

But since you have a 335i, I am pretty sure you will not lose your low-end since you have turbos.

as much as i dont like hearing since i prefer torque over high end power, im still gonna try it, if i dont like it, ill change it back to stock.

Exactly. I actually think it will help your car. Since muffler delete is normally made for big engines and turbo'ed/supercharged engines.

Would adding an intake minimize the low end loss? Any way to get around the low end loss?

Honestly... is it that noticable difference at the low end?

honestly, there really isnt a significant difference in low end torque... i really cant feel the difference between the two. plus, once youre above 3k rpm, i actually feel like the car pulls harder...so whatever insignificant low end loss to me is quite worth while...
