I'm chilling waiting for a ship
Does that BMW customer service number tell us what ship our cars will be on? or Do I wait and call my dealer?

Owners Circle of BMWNA on the phone will tell you when your car is on a shipping vessel. But as for the real detailed stuff, like the ships name, call your dealer, they have all that information.
