1. do i need to remove tail lights??!?!?!?

2. Do i need to take the rear wheels off to access the screws/clips in rear wheel well

3. how long does it take about? i've taken the front bumper off, it was easy but just LOTS of clips/screws

hey jeffE92TT, it's better off to removed the brake light. It will make it easier as you can see there is two clips near the brake light.

You only need to removed 3 screws on the brake light.

U dont need to remove the tail lights. However, you need to open the trunk and unscrew two screws hidden under the plastic covers near the tail lights. Wheels also do not need to be removed. Start from the fender wells on both sides and proceed towards the middle of the bumper. Use a very small flat screwdriver to push out the tabs or else u will break them! Good luck

NOTE: in the photo on the other thread http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...bumper+removal , the bumper shown is the REPLACEMENT bumper. They never show what the original bumper looked like after they removed it.

If you want to NOT break any tabs, you should remove the tail lights to access the 3 tabs under the tail lights.

The additional nuts to remove the tail lights are worth it if you want to keep your tabs in tact.
