Is this an acceptable paint job?

So my car needed the door and quarter painted and the body shop masked off the inner door jamb.

The problem is that its pretty clear where the masking tape line is and the paint is two different colours. Its obvious to anyone that looks that the car was repainted. Look at the difference from left to right, its a clear line where they taped it off. Also, if I run my hand over it in some areas I can feel a raised area. The way they taped it is also not completely straight, if I look at it there are wavy lines where it looks like they just slapped on the tape without making sure that its straight.

For those of you that have had similar work done, is this normal or should I take it back?

Haha you guys are in Toronto but this happened in the GVA. So I went back to the shop and they were pretty good about it. They're going to paint the whole inner now too so there will be no line. They will also order new stickers including the VIN sticker from Germany so it will look like nothing ever happened. The VIN sticker will take 3-4 months though.

The body shop is No 1 Collision.

The right side looks like BS...

Nno I don't mean bullshit, I mean it looks like black sapphire, without the metallic haha. Not sure if it's just the pic, but there seems to be a huge diff.

In Richmond. They are going to fix it for me so for now I'm happy but we will see what happens. On the outside the paint seems to match well with the rest of the car so I'm unsure of why it looks like the door jamb has two different colors.

What was your experience with them like?
