I find it funny that Lexus would include a $1 dollar bill in their satisfaction surveys that they send to your house. My parents leased a new GX470, and for the past 3-4 months, they are too lazy to fill out the survey so every two weeks Lexus sends $1 each time with a new survey, hoping my parents send the survey back. So far my parents collected $6.. I wonder how much longer they will keep sending $ before they give up.

Granted, the Lexus survey is like 10 times longer than BMWs, and require more thought and writing... But I think BMW should follow suit.

It's probably not Lexus, but the marketing research company that processes the survey. I too have recieved a dollar bill in many previous car surveys and have never bought a Lexus. I would guess the research companies do it because they have found that people are more likely to actually fill out the survey if they get a dollar instead of just tossing it in the garbage.

Lexus gave me $100 for going to test drive any of their cars. Anyone else get that in the mail? I ended up going to the dealership and they just gave me their dealership code and told me to leave. How wonderful. Whatever, I'll take the $100
