BMW 269 Performance 19" Alloys & Tyres - SOLD

To assist in funding the new shape 320D I have just ordered I now have a full set of the above alloys and tyres for sale.

All are in exceptional condition and are the correct staggered fitment for all E90/E92 models. the wheels retail at £2600 at BMW dealerships.

The Bridgestone RFT tyres all have min 6 mm left with equal wear etc and nil repairs, the wheels have only ever been used for summer use as we have a set of winter tyres/alloys etc.

For pictures please feel free to PM/text me and I will send some through that were taken just yesterday when it was actually dry - for once.

I will also post some pics up later this evening when I manage to get the kids to bed

I am looking for min £1000 no offers as a complete set of wheels and tyres, the tyres would cost in excess of £750 to replace on their own.

I would also consider selling the tyres separately but only as a full set and collection only, based in the midlands, thanks for looking.

Cheers, Spin

Matt has indeed sent the first text but wishes to buy the wheels on their own. My preference from a convenience perspective would be to sell as a complete set inc the tyres, I cant stress enough juat what exceptional condition these are in and what great value they represent.

The first person to come along wanting the complete set will get first refusal.

Tyres are perfect for either coupe or saloon as recommended and indeed bought from BMW. Rears are 255 front 225.
thanks for the interest

Hey,

I didn't say I wasn't interested in only the wheels, but I would prefer it that way! As per the text mate if you can sort me out with some pics and answer the location Q, I'll more than likely still be keen.

Sorry Matt, in my defence I sent the pics straight back to your mobile before I left work, but have just checked and as i attached 3 mobile pics it is still trying to send the info, technology eh !?!

Thank you to everyone who has shown an interest, wheels now sold and the purchaser has sent me a text saying deposit has been sent to my paypal account - not visible yet but sounds a genuine purchaser

Thanks to Chris - 330D for the purchase and apologies to anyone who has missed out.

Bad luck Matt, as soon as I saw the title I knew you'd be all over them, gorgeous wheels too. Keep hunting, failing that, I'll bring along that ISA application with me to NM4, that'll stop you spunking your cash up the wall

Good of you to ask for only a 40% markup on these Chris, especially as you offered them to me the day after you bought them for 25% more.

http://item.mobileweb.ebay.co.uk/vie...id=37109687431

I especially love the complete bullshit story you made up as though they have always been your wheels and as if you actually have any idea (except Spins word) as to how they have been kept.

Forums eh? Who'd trust em?

Did i say in my ad they were my wheels.
I stated they had never been put on in winter which is the trust i had in martin.
you snooze you lose and whilst you were asleep i bought them.
You had them offered at a very good price and you didnt want them so i have put on ebay and taken into account their fees etc.

They do look nice though matey i keep going to have a look at the quality of the finish each night.

Mate, I couldn't give a fuck what you do in your own home - there have been 3 sets of these recently and all were less than these, so that's not the issue.

All I really wanted to do is make the forum aware of what a mercenary chap you are. I particularly dislike people who go out of their way to make a quick quid of someone else's kindness - namely Spin on this occasion.

He probably doesn't mind, but I think as a community people need to know what kind of person they are dealing with. You sir, are without morals and I wouldn't trust you as far as I could piss.

I am sure you will note that I am within my rights to declare my position in this way and to state the facts as they are. Others can judge what they do with that information.

errrmmm...i dont see the problem here?

1.OP has wheels for sale
2.1st person in with legitimate claim buys said wheels
3.buyer decides he wants to sell em....

this is just the way life is...do you know what predicament might have befallen the buyer for him to sell?

better yet, he owns them now and so can do whatever he likes with them (including reselling them).

if the OP could or wanted to sell in on any site for more money, they could have. he picked a price and stuck to it. and got his money. case closed.

the OP is no longer the owner and even though it may not be very nice that the buyer would offer it to another forum member with a markup, its on EBAY...

let it be, simple as...

MMMM.

This does cut a little close for me.

I've always been of the opinion that forums are where enthusiasts are here for the benefit of each other.

We help each other out and we don't rip each other off.

Profiteering at the expense of a fellow forum member I think is in bad taste.
