It's because they are pointless. They don't do anything performance wise based on what I've read on the forums.

sounds cool and is fairly cheap lol. I think it does add SOME power. not much.
Just don't get the injen.

My car already sounds cool lol. I don't want it to sound obnoxious. I've read that some people even loose power with the intakes. I have also read that the bms intake sounds like it makes fart sounds . I dont want fart sounds

I got bms intake and I like the sound, it depends what you like. With bms intake you just hear the diverter valve louder and maybe some hp increase at 18psi. It sound like whistle you get the idea. pressure being released or whatever it does but nothing like a fart lol.

its all personal preference. Personally for me, i liked the sound (esp the bms because it was quieter), but after a while it did bother me because i have a 6at so i ended up buying an aftermarket filter.
The injen intake on the other hand made me lose power and sounded obnoxious and the fit was awful.

Well if you don't want meth or an intake, you can put some oil coolers if you track your car. Or else it's time for more cosmetic mods....cf front lip/rear diffuser? Maybe a CSL trunk? A new hood? Or how about blacking out your headlights?

Oil cooler is not really needed for the n55 from what I've heard. I want a CSL trunk but I kinda like my trunk with the molded performance spoiler. I have a rear diffuser. I would love a cf front lip but it's a lot of money and they usually get destroyed. I think my next mod will be performance V2 electric wheel
