Update: Sold (to a buyer from Kijiji -- seems to be the best way to find private buyers these days).

Selling my 328i xDrive wagon (E91). The car is in great condition and is available for viewing in the Summerhill area of Toronto.

Details as follows:

2010 model, purchased from Endras BMW. I factory ordered and took delivery in March, 2010.
Six-speed manual transmission
Space grey with black leatherette interior
Sports package (staggered 17" wheels, sports seats, blackline trim, etc.)
Navigation
Premium sound package (Logic 7, satellite radio)

Standard equipment includes bluetooth, USB audio, power seats with driver's side memory, panoramic sunroof and all the usual 2010 E9x stuff.

34,700 km

All maintenance work has been completed according to the recommended schedule (with an extra oil change). The battery recall has been completed and the front suspension bushings were also replaced under warranty. I've only ever put Shell 91 gas in the car.

As you will see from my history of posts on the site, someone did dent the driver's door and front fender when the car was parked at the airport, but it was all repaired flawlessly at Centre Auto Collision in Toronto. I have receipts for this work (and the warranty for this work is transferrable). The car has never been in any kind of moving accident and the only flaw on the vehicle is a small scratch on the rear bumper.

I recently installed a set of four Continental Extreme DW summer tires (less than a month ago). I also have the original set of run-flat Bridgestones, one of which has some tire damage but three of which are in great shape.

I also have a set of four style 158 BMW wheels with Michelin Pilot Alpin PA3 winter tires. These tires have lots of tread remaining, but the wheels are pretty scratched / curbed.

CBB shows a trade-in range for this car of $31,744 - $34,599. I've searched local dealers, with the closest comparable being a 2010 with manual, sports and premium at Performance BMW in St. Catherine's

It has leather but also a much higher mileage (over 70,000 kms - nearly 40,000 more than mine) and is listed at $34,898. It has the CPO warranty but the new vehicle warranty is almost done.

I think $35,000 is a really fair price for mine, so no lowball offers please!
