Question Paint Chips... Upcoming Body Work

Hey gang. I'm dropping off the ride next Monday to have some damage repaired (I've posted details previously). The estimate includes 1/2 hour to buff out/conceal/whatever some minor scratches I've got here and there, per my request. The guy told me just to point them all out when I drop it off. So my question:

Along with the minor scratches here and there, I've got a few chipped areas. My assumption is that to make these look good again will require more than just a quick buff out, like a scratch. I'd like to have them fixed also, if the price/time aren't outrageously extra. Does anyone have any input on this? If it matters, they'll already have some matched paint available from the main repair.

Thanks.
