I would say first come first serve. Also need to mention that everyone should not show up at the same time because you'll end up waiting more.

Alpina flash alone takes around 15-20 minutes, coding is another 10-15 minutes.

so, if the organizer wants to start a list of maybe 20 min intervals for each person? or like first 3 first hour, second set of 3 next hour, so on and so forth..?

Lol I say go by order of posts in thread unless some one isn't there. Waiting shouldn't be a problem as this is organized as a meet as well so I was planning on hanging around for a bit anyway.
