I have LM-Rs and run 19x8.5 et 32 in front and 19x9.5 et 35 in rear, I'm dropped and I didn't need to roll my fenders and don't rub either.
F: 235/35/19 R: 275/30/19 THe front is pretty flush, and rears are a little tucked in. If you go with a more aggressive offset in the rear you may rub.

on my old LC L22 i have this setup:
19x8.5 ET30 235/35/19 very flush, no rubbing. 19x10 ET37 236/35/19 looks good, just a bit rubbing on passenger side. so on a 19x9.5 rear i would go with ET 30-33 |

you'll be fine, I have LMs 19x8.5 et 35 front and 19x10 et 25 rear, I have my fender rolled, but with your setup, you'll do just fine.
