While swapping out the spring in my Tial BOV, I dropped a bolt (v-band bolt) in the engine bay. Being rushed and not careful I guess... anyways, Tial was willing to ship a replacement bolt for free. I was in a hurry and chose express shipping but they were very accommodating and helpful during the process. I give Tial a thumbs up for good customer service and a solid BOV.
