If you dont fix that its just another failed attempt at a true to original replica. Miro messed this up too. Only the front has the wave in the spokes. Also like Kev said they arent nearly as concave as the original.

How can they be as concave as the originals, they are made for our offsets, not M3 offsets.

A 3-6mm difference should not be translated into a flat faced wheel. OEM is ET27 and the replica is going to be ET30-33 to fit the E9X.

While I think they look the best in terms of concavity, the rears are a little more straight spoked than in those pictures.
I will wait for more pictures of the final result to make a true judgment. Things look good though!!! |

It's where the concavity starts that makes the difference. The OEM wheels start to taper close to the edge of the rim, whereas the sample of the replica tapers further in.

From what it seems, these will be done right. I would not doubt that they become the best selling CSL's out there assuming the concavity is done right.

This is the same flaw that plagues the rear Miro wheel.

AluFelgen CSL vs OEM CSL:
The concavity seems on par with the OEM CSL wheel acknowledging the difference in offset. We have notified our engineers about the difference in spoke profile design (OEM is flatter) and they will make the proper changes. We`ll keep you updated when the new wheel comes out We are determined to make this the BEST csl reps out there. |
