Opo,
I'm having similar problems, though my car uses FRM2 not FRM1 like yours. I get both CCID 378 and CCID 379, however my AE will no longer function as DRL. They do come on when I unlock the car or when the headlights are on automatically or manually. I've gone through the module with Toolset32 to monitor any short circuits and reset the counter. Although the errors pop up, I do not see any short circuits registered. Does anyone have an idea of what could be going on? The Angel Eyes previously worked without issue as DRL with the headlamps disabled. As for FRM1, I do not believe you can reset your short circuit count and the unit may be bricked as others have mentioned. If you decide to replace the FRM, be sure to upgrade to an FRM2 or FRM3.

Rear Sunblind Coding
Hi,
I m doing my next retrofit "electric rear sunblind". I have to add $415A to VO (hope this is correct). So I googled and searched the thread but with no luck, where do I add the VO to which modules? CAS? FRM? CAPPL? etc. Thanks RB

I installed INPA, EDIABAS, and NCSExpert on my Windows 8 from a friend of mine using the Oracle Virtual Machine. When I opened NCSExpert there was an EXpermode profile. I never coded before to that extent. I just did simple coding like adding the "V" to the dash board and folding the mirrors using the keyfob simple stuff. I am trying to find literature on how to code the rear sunblind Thank you RB

What is native version? Where do I get that from and what does it do. Also in your previous post what did you mean by "recode them to default"?

I meant that you don't need stupid Virtual Machine to make it run on Windows 7/8 32 and 64 bit.
I sent you a Dropbox link. I also write how to recode module to reset it and bring to default settings. You need to use EXPERTMODUS to do it, the profiles are included there. |

Okay so I pulled up the FSW_PSW.TRC from my KOMBI and BC_DIGITAL_V is not there. Do I simply add it to the bottom along with ACTIV and then save it as a MAN file (does it need to be saved as both TRC and MAN?) and then upload it to the car?

for those who bought from one stop electronics, how long before you got your cable? I didn't notice when I ordered that it was coming from Hong Kong.

is there a condensed version of this thread somewhere, with the current software/cable links? I really don't want to have to sift through 100+ pages.
Buying an E90 this month, and want to be able to have some fun with the coding. |

Sure you can, if you don't have iDrive then you should search for it in your dash using BC stalk. There are few options and one of them is lock after moving off.
