Does anyone in the DMV area know how to install H&R sport springs or know of a shop who can do it correctly without costing an arm and a leg??? If you know how, I would pay you a fee and I would help with the labor, I'm a do-it-yourselfer, but I've never done suspension and I don't have the right tools. Thanks in advance.

I know clem has done a suspension install on a friends car. PM him and see if he can fit you in. There is also a shop in rockville near twinbrook metro that i know who has done several coilover installs on local bmws, but they will most likely be higher priced.

I grew up on Japanese cars and suspension work wasn't so bad. But for those who have done suspension work on our cars, how difficult is it in comparison? I plan on installing H&R sports in the near future as well.

I'll do it and you can keep both of your arms and legs.

I have installed suspension for many forum members, have a large well equipped garage and know exactly what I'm doing. You are more welcome to assist and watch but I charge the same either way. I live in Western Howard Co. and I'll do it for $175. One evening next week (not Wednesday) works for me and I can sometimes be available during the day if that's better. Let me know.

Clem and Adam did mine over a year and a half ago. They installed my Eibach springs and Koni yellow shocks on my E92.

No problems to speak of!! Great guys, quality work.

BTW, when is the next get together at your place Clem?

I have done numerous suspension installs and I'm an ASE certified master mechanic. I have all the tools necessary to do it. I live in Alexandria VA. Shoot me a PM if you want to to install it for you.
