Hi xnfsx,

It seems like the numbers are somewhat off. Based on the numbers, I am getting a monthly lease price of $536 before adding taxes. Are you sure those numbers listed above are correct?

The calculation I used to arrive at the $536 are as follows:

residual = 54,775 x 62% = $33960.50
Amount depreciated = $47,710 - $33,960.50 = $13,749.50 / 36m = $381/month
Interest charge = ($47,710 + 33,960.50) * 0.00190 = $155.17/month

Total lease payment before taxes = depreciation + interest charge = $381 + $155 = ~$536.

If the dealer is quoting you a price of $474, there's about another $2100-2200 of incentive that they are subtracting from the capitalized price.

Anyway, congrats if you are able to get those numbers!

I just recently leased a 335xi 4-door sedan with the following:
Premium
Nav
USB/iPod/Satellite
Cold Weather
Heated steering

MSRP 51,075
Sale Price $42,750
Capped Price (Sales + buyout of my existing lease + acq. fee $725 + doc & title $226) = $44560
MF = 0.00136
10k/yr allowance
Residual = 60%
36 month lease
MSD = $3850
1st month payment $39 ($500 paid by BMW)

Monthly payment with taxes all rolled in: $539/month.

Love the way the car drives!

How did you get it for such a cheap price? I'm looking at the current lease deals for a 2011 e90 xdrive. 299/month for steptronic, value, premium package + $4900 upfront. What kind of promotions were being run at the time of your purchase. Thanks!!!

It was the end of the year. My son said that there was a special they were running on 3 series and dragged me there around 5 pm. When we arrived there were only two cars to pick from so what ever deal they were doing you didn't get much choice. Both were xDrive and my son actually wanted a rear drive coupe preferably with a manual. I told him to fall in love fast with one of these two or else figure out how he was gonna pay for his own car.

As for the sedans, it is my understanding that e90 328i deals are much better than e92 deals. I don't know anything about payments under 300 bucks but I'm under the impression that the 400 to 500 dollar range are fairly common with little to no money down.

Can't believe it's over. My 3 year lease was up a month ago, and I purchased the e92! 3 years went by very fast.

Ditto. Just made my last lease payment. Now time to fork out $31k to buy it. I need something to drive until the M2 comes out.
