Are all 18 - 19" wheels staggered?

Lmao. Sorry bro... had to! No they are not. Now if you have 18s in front and 19s in back then that is another form of staggering.

I have 17" 225s on my E91. I use runflats. I go away fishing to spots where a runflat won't go the distance if punctured. I have a complete spare when I go away. The SAME size. This is why I ask the question. All 18s and 19s seem to be staggered. This negates the carrying of a spare unless I wish to carry both. I don't trust goo. Will ask a tyre guy next time. Jeez, Americans. I assume thats where MD is.

Lmao!!! "Jeez, Americans." I poked a little fun at you and even apologized in the very next post but I still answered your question. No need to get your knickers in a bunch. It's the internet. If a smartass remark bothers you then maybe you should have just GOOGLED your question.

You don't need to carry one of each type if you have staggered wheels. Even if the car has staggered wheel/tyre set up and a full size spare, the spare will usually be the size of the front tyre. All this means is that if you get a flat on the rear you will just need to run a front wheel/tyre on it. It's no big deal. I've had to run a 16" BMW front wheel on my rear when I had a rear wheel in for re-painting. And just the other night a mate of mine had to run a 245 width tyre on the rear of his HSV which runs 265 or maybe even 275 on the rear.

Staggered usually refers to when the width of the rims are wider on the rear.

Now if you did not want a staggered layout, you need to find the same width rim with the correct offsets so they sit properly.
