~$675-700 for the parts you can buy. Unfortunately, you will also need the airbag mounting bracket, which you cannot just order.

How would someone get a mounting bracket? Does it come with the M-tech steering wheel?

If you order a steering wheel from a dealer, it comes with the mounting bracket installed. If you order it on ebay or elsewhere, ask specifically if it has the bracket. Private sales from people won't usually have the bracket because they still need it (the cover may be part of the deal if they upgraded to the ///M cover).

To help the seller here, the price offered for this is awesome. Buying just the cover new will cost more than $70. If you are serious about a non-zsp to zsp swap, this would be a good buy. You'll be a bit ahead on the cover and maybe you get lucky and find a source for the bracket.

This may be a stupid question but would I still need a bracket, connector wires and sport airbag if I have a '06 e90 already with sport package?

This steering wheel is a bit different because of the aluminum trim down either side of the bottom column and the '06 e90 sport package does not have the aluminum

You don't need anything. The cover will fit fine.
