BMWPARTSONLINE who else is having problems

I placed a next day delivery order a few days for a thermostat for my d and have heard nothing whatsoever only to say that the order was successfully placed. No despatch notice nothing.
I tried calling the sales land-line and get a mobile 02 answer phone message

Emails go unanswered .. and the greatest of surprises .. the money has left my account.

I'm off back to the card issuer to reclaim my money

Anyone know what's happened ?? . has it gone pop ?

Garage List
I've always had really speedy replies from him to be fair. Once a pollen filter didn't arrive, but he sent another one out which came pretty quickly.

How long did you wait for your items? I am waiting mostly a week and still no contact, no parts.
Thanks

I've been servicing my car this weekend and purchased everything from my local GSF. Can't complain with parts quality and service. Also a great price and service.

Today also no royal mail. Contacted my bank to return the money and if i get parts then i send the money back to him minus delivery and will explode his inbox with my emails but still no contact. I am waiting fifth day, excluding Sunday.
Wish me luck.

Bmwpartsonline

Just as an update on this guy. He has been one of my customers since 2007. If you ever bought parts from him they most likely were supplied (on time) by my company Allgermanparts. He has consistently not paid, or paid very slowly whilst making up one excuse after another. He now owes me circa £15,000. He lies about what he is going to do to sort out the situation day after day. Be very wary of doing any business with Danny Walker of Harrogate. By the way PayPal closed his account down and he's now opened another in a spurious manner.

So you are the main supplier to him and presumably other BMW parts for online shops?

Can you not supply us the "End User" and cut out the middleman prices? you get same money, we get cheaper parts win win?

You could become a forum sponsor (I am guessing??) and i am sure you could do a very nice bit of business?

You could always PM me if you can not publish your wares, i need some parts!

Steve

It's a good question Waspo and I'll answer it without looking like I'm trade spamming.
Yes we have been BMWPOL's main and almost sole supplier since 2007. We are distributors of many Original Equipment and aftermarket parts including Lemfoerder, Meyle, Febi, *** etc. We supply other specialist parts companies too but we are a retail and mail order company as well. We export to Europe regularly. Perhaps we will sponsor this forum if there is some demand. My background is that I am ex VAG dealer of ten years and I opened GSF in Leeds in 1994 . I was the manager for thirteen years where I first met Danny and worked across from him again a few years later. You'll find many excellent reviews on forums such as AUDI SRS and positive feedback. If anyone has an enquiry send it me over and I will be delighted to help. I like to think no one ever regrets buying from All German Parts. If anyone is in Yorkshire pop in and we'll make you a nice cuppa.
