Those are e92 M3 fitments and are aggressive. You would for sure need to roll your fenders and stretch the tires.

That's exactly what I'm running,

I did roll fenders, and actually my rear has a slight pull

Yes these would fit with fender roll to rear and some camber adjustments, if you want easier fit then i recommend 225/40/18 and 255/35/18 tyres.

Here are few examples of e92 with those specs, but tyre sizes are 235/265.
