iPhone 4 Snap In Adapter

So I got a 335 08 equipped with iDrive and for one of my first accessories im looking to get the snap in adapter, problem is I don't have the usb port in the center, is it possible to get that put in? I see the option on bmwusa accessories but I want to be able to playback music. Any help would be great, thank you

I believe the current snap in adapter is only Bluetooth phone use. The others, media etc, are yet to be released.
