It's padded so you can protect your lens/camera from moving around. The compartment dividers are secured via velcro so you can rearrange it to whatever formation you like. I think it's pretty cool.

BestBuy and Fry's have it in stock in case you want to compare it in person.

How those links working out for you (re: camera)?
