I can get use to this
Hey guys I'm new to the forums, just wanted to say whats up. I just picked up a crimson red 335xi and I gotta tell you I'm loving it! I had a 88 325i with a s50 swap a couple years back and i loved that thing as a street car, but this e90 is just pure sex on the road. I'm going to take it slow with the mods(we'll see how that goes) but I know a JB4 and Injen intake are to come pretty soon. I was looking at some d2 coilover's, but honestly I'm pretty happy with the way it looks for right now. I know there isn't a sport suspension on the XI but i only have about 2in wheel gap, so I think I'm going to hold off on that. But I can't wait for the JB4

Congrats on the new car! Post some pics!
It'll only be a matter of time before you want to get rid of that wheel gap.....especially if you spend some time around here!

Thanks man, I've been wanting this car for a while and finally just gave in and bought one.
But yea I'm sure your right. I was outside smoking a cig and the more I looked it the bigger the gap got. Seems like I was a little off with 2in lol more like 3, and I just noticed that notoriously higher front end everyone talks about. So I'm thinking the coilovers are going to be coming in the near future. Last edited by Jabber88; 03-10-2012 at 09:58 AM.. Reason: spelling error |
