Thule Fairing on OEM roof bars?

So I am having the hardest time finding an answer to this question. Either I suck at searching or there is no answer so I am gonna ask. My buddies just recently bought me a roof rack for my birthday and I know that BMW does not make a fairing for the OEM rack. But since the OEM roof rack is made by Thule, would a thule fairing fit?? I only found one post on this entire forum that had someone say that he fit a 44inch 872 fairing on the OEM bars. Just want to confirm this before I go ahead and buy it.

Save yourself the trouble and don't order it. I got the Thule 872xt 2010 model yesterday and they do not fit. I was hoping that aero attachment pieces would fit but BMW OEM bars are way too thick for them. Sending the fairing back.

That's odd.. I wonder if your OEM rack is different than mine. Could you post some pics where it attaches to front bar. I am going to call up ORSrack and ask their opinion.

I'll take some pics when I have a chance, but I do have the aero bar version (which is what i'm sure most people have).

This was my custom solution...you have to drill 3 holes in the OEM bars and put some bolts through the aero bars...
