!!!! What is this warning light? (not in my manual)

Hi guys... I was driving just before and it looks like the tire light came on but underneath it says INACTIVE. What does this mean?

Is there a way to activate or reset it? It's odd how it happened completely out of nowhere.

LOL hopefully they aren't stolen

I downloaded my manual off the BMW site, it's hard to research cause I am at work :-\ bleeeehhh

We keep getting this too. The dealer has no idea whats causing it.

I believe it might be a bad reciever in one of the wheel wells. Have to scan the car when the fault shows up because it resets itself everytime you start the car.

more than one tpm is not seen. if it was only one you would have a tire low warning. or the main receiver may be bad as well.

I've been having the same problem for the past few weeks. I brought it to the dealer and they just reset the TPMS. It still occurs but only lasts for a few seconds to about a minute at a time then disappears.

^ you'll be laughing. I got the same thing today. After hitting a minor pothole these lights came on:
-TPSM inactive
-Driver side rear turn signal out (upside down light bulb with an exclamation, and a sunburst around it)
-License plate lights out.
-Trunk open
I pulled into Autozone which was few blocks away because my turn signal did in fact blink really fast when bulb does go out. I shut the car off, turned it back on and... all the errors disappeared and all the lights were working.
I have no fucking clue... Maybe it's the cold?

LOL

It must be the cold weather. I checked my front lights, rear lights, and my blinkers are blinking normally. Are you sure that's what that symbol means? If so I will go to the garage and check them all again lol

You don't have iDrive? When an error pops up in my car I get explanation on the screen.

Well it was relatively warm last night (40's) and I took the car out. Reset TPMS and not a single warning. Must have been the cold...
