Lightbulb

HEY guys, i just recieved my mtecv4 angel eyes from today and i figured i would start a thread to show how they look in hand and on the car....since these are the upgrades to the popular v3 and they are fairly new with not many threads on them i figured id start one up......I will start with PIcs in HAnd and tomrow after install i will post pics of day and night brightness....THE gp thunder bulbs will be added to the vehicle as well just because i dislike the yellow fog lights and the yellow daytime runing lights color and since im removing the wheel and wheel well cover i figured i might as well do them all...they were purchased on amazon from seller JUSTPAL...paid $21.49 for both including shipping bulbs are h7 and h11 8500k

I too am looking forward to how the MTech V4 performs.

I too am in NY - the Westchester area and its snowing right now. Are you sure your tests will be delayed only by a day???

Also, were those MTech sneakers in the background in one of your pics?

Maybe you can find a covered parking garage and install the lights there

Sorry to hear that. Correct me if I misunderstand anything, so you are saying that when you take off the wheel, there is already a broken angel eye bulb in the socket? You bought the car with broken angel eye? I feel bad for your situation, maybe you can try using tape to hold the bulb in there? Hope to see pics soon.

This is how GP Thunder 8500K looks like for Low/Hi Beam and Fog Lights. AE is still OEM, though.

Is that a 2006 because it's rediculous to change the drl's bulb in my car that is like brain surgery there is no way my hand can reach deep enough in the hole it's like 6 inches deep inside this tunnel it's rediculous how BMW engineered these headlights it's honestly rediculous...IMO 2006 had to b the worst year for replacing headlight bulbs....there is no reason I can only acces my blinker bulb n not the others without removing the wheel then the wheel well cover then you have to be able to take off the back covers without snapping every clip...I got no patience for poor designed headlights...these headlights r not meant to b altered period! Oh not to mention my adaptive headlight hasn't worked since forever....I give BMW a grade of an F with the headlights and ease of acess and durability when it comes to the 06 with adaptive xenon....BmwNa should have these lights recalled....

It's a 2010 E90. I hear yah and I agree.
I had to remove the wheel and the wheel well cover too.
I have no reason to drive this car at night unless otherwise. Therefore I am not expecting to replace the Head lamp anytime soon.

Same here. I've had the fogs as well and personally I don't like them. Sub'd for install pics.
